[ARCHIVED] Traveling Vietnam Memorial Wall to Visit Hampton

Traveling Vietnam Memorial Wall

The AVTT was founded on the principles that American Heroes must be honored and never forgotten.  For years, options to see the Vietnam Memorial have been very limited.  These limited options have prohibited many veterans, as well as friends and families of the fallen from viewing the Wall.  The replica wall is scaled down to 80% of the actual Memorial Wall in Washington D.C.  It is 360 feet in length and 8 feet high at its apex.  It also travels with “A Frames” portraying the statistics and a timeline from the Vietnam War.

June 29th thru July 4th will be a five (5) day event that creates a great forum to raise local awareness for Vietnam Veterans and their causes in both Hampton and well as the Pittsburgh area.  Please consider joining us in recognizing as well as honoring those who served during the Vietnam War; especially those who made the ultimate sacrifice and whose names appear on the Vietnam Memorial Wall.
