On January 24, 2019 at 9:56 p.m., Hampton Township officers responded to South Montour Road, near Grandeur Drive, for a large tree that had fallen. Upon their arrival, officers observed a large tree that had fallen across the roadway, which also had brought down power lines. Duquesne Light Co. was notified to respond to the scene, as well as Hampton Township DPW, to remedy the issue.
