On 5/27/2019 at 9:51 a.m., Hampton Township Police were dispatched to Route 8 for a vehicle that was reported to be on fire. Upon the responding officer's arrival, a PA State Trooper was on scene and had already extinguished the fire. Hampton Township Fire Department units responded to fully saturate the engine compartment and the vehicle was subsequently towed.
