Hampton Township Council held their Regular Meeting on Wednesday, June 26th; actions from the meeting included, but not limited to:
- Presentation by a representative of Maher Duessel regarding the Year Ending December 31, 2018 Audit Report (a copy can be found on the Township's website under the Finance Department link)
- Authorized to pursue Request for Proposals regarding potential Township insurance brokers
- Adopted Resolution No. 1014 increasing the Youth Basketball League program fees
- Adopted Resolution No. 1015 establishing a Youth Introduction to Dance Program and appropriate fees
- Authorized the preparation of specifications and advertisement for the Herron Road Hillside Stabilization Project
- Approved the 2019-2020 NHCOG road salt agreement option year
- Authorized the pursuit of repairs to Truck #18 through the Capital Improvement Fund Budget
- Enacted Ordinance No. 824 taking over Wembleton Drive
- Enacted Ordinance No. 825 regarding Geophysical and Seismic Testing
- Approved the extension request for the Giza - Eat N Park Subdivision/Lot Consolidation (19-02) through August 31, 2019
- Approved the extension request for the Uhl Contractor's Storage Yard Revised Site Plan (19-03) through July 24, 2019
- Authorized the advertisement of a public hearing and special meeting to consider the Crown Castle Non-Tower Wireless Conditional Use (19-05) located along Haberlein Road.
- Referred the Crown Castle Non-Tower Wireless Conditional Use (19-05) for the erection of a non-tower wireless facility located on Haberlein Road, and the Roice Executive Building Revised Site Plan (19-06) to redevelop the existing vacant building located at 4678 Route 8
- Made the following appointments to the Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee (representing certain boards/commissions of the Township and/or organizations): Elizabeth Spence, Dean Hess, Kevin Barley, Suzanna Krispli, Laurie Christy, Judith Gifford, David Huffake, Amanda Gold-Lukas
- Discussed upcoming community events, which included the Farmers Market held every Wednesday through October 16th 3-7 pm, Museum's Hampton Heritage Day scheduled for June 30th 1-4pm, Community Day scheduled for July 3rd starting at 3pm, Community Pool Dive-In Movie (Jaws) scheduled for July 13th at 9pm, and the HCA Pool Party/Concert scheduled for August 9th
