On September 6, 2019 at 4:40 p.m., a resident from Ebonhurst Drive contacted Hampton Township Police to report a fraudulent phone call. The reporting party stated that they received a phone call from a female stating that she was from Duquesne Light Company. She reported that the female caller had her social security number, which was concerning. The reporting party did not provide the caller with any information and ended the phone call. Upon placing a call to Duquesne Light Company directly, the reporting party confirmed that the phone call was fraudulent.
