Now that the fall temperatures are here, the Hampton Police Department would like to remind motorists that icing conditions, including black ice, may be present.
With the recent rainfalls causing stormwater runoff, and low temperatures, motorists are advised to adjust their driving and give themselves additional time to reach their destination.
