[ARCHIVED] 2020 RECYCLE RAMA CANCELLED

After careful consideration of the current environment that we are facing during the COVID-19 pandemic, it has been decided to cancel the 2020 Recycle Rama. We realized that the operations of the May 16th event would raise concerns even if the current restrictions are lifted, and rescheduling the event in the fall was not considered viable by the Recycle Rama Committee. The 2021 Recycle Rama will be held on Saturday, May 15th.

In the meantime, here are several options you have for the disposal of hard-to-recycle items:

Hampton residents can take advantage of Waste Management’s At-Your-Door Program that is included as part of their service to the community (at no additional cost)... https://www.wmatyourdoor.com/

The PA Resource Council holds local collection events including glass recycling, household chemicals disposal, and hard to recycle items... https://prc.org/

Local recycle/reuse resource guide prepared by members of the Recycle Rama Committee is also attached.

Thank you for your understanding regarding this matter...stay calm, stay home, stay safe!!!
