Traffic Accident

On November 21, 2021 at 11:43a.m., Hampton Township Police were dispatched to the area of William Flinn Highway and East Bardonner Road for a report of a two vehicle accident. Upon arrival, officers located both vehicles off the roadway and confirmed there were no injuries.  The accident occurred when one vehicle was traveling southbound on William Flinn Highway and observed the upcoming traffic light to be a steady red light.  The vehicle began to brake, but due to the road being wet, the vehicle slid approximately 40 yards causing it to strike the rear end of the other involved vehicle.  Both vehicles sustained moderate damage, but were able to be driven from the scene of the accident.
