IDEA: Install permanent dusk-to-dawn lighting and sidewalk between HHS and HMS. Topnick Drive is used all school year for students walking home from both HMS and HHS in either direction each day, by students & faculty for school sporting events/practices, and at other times for various events. It is neglectful for the Township to assume this pathway is only used for football games, and it seems that the Township could be leaving itself open to potential injury lawsuits based on the known situation that exists if it continues to neglect working with the School District to make this pathway safe all year long. After all, one would assume that both entities should have the township residents' best interests at heart.
