How do I get involved?

The Township of Hampton Department of Community Services is always looking for volunteers to keep Township of Hampton roadways clean. Our volunteer litter control program is the Adopt An HT Roadway, which is responsible for monthly litter pick-up along township owned roadways. Volunteers pick up litter monthly along a roadway designated specifically for them. The department is always happy to find individuals and organizations who would like to participate in this program by donating their time to this program which really does make a difference in Hampton Township. In appreciation of the service you provide, work gloves, and trash bags are provided at no cost by the township. Also a sign noting the name of your group will be posted at both ends of the roadway, publicizing the group responsible for the volunteer litter control. For more information about this program call the Township, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, at 412-486-0400, extension 1303.
